Publication Schedule and Article Publication Policy

The Journal of Advanced Electrical and Electronic Engineering (JAEEE) is committed to maintaining a transparent, consistent, and timely publication process in accordance with internationally recognized standards of scholarly publishing, research integrity, and editorial independence.

JAEEE follows a scheduled issue publication model. The journal publishes three issues annually (Tri-Annually), with each issue covering approximately four months of the calendar year.

Publication Frequency and Schedule

The journal's proposed annual publication schedule is as follows:

  • Issue 1: January–April — 30 April

  • Issue 2: May–August — 31 August

  • Issue 3: September–December — 31 December

Each issue is formally released on its designated publication date, subject to the journal's approved editorial and production calendar.

Editorial and Publication Process

All manuscripts must successfully complete the journal's editorial workflow before publication. This includes initial editorial screening, independent double-anonymous peer review, author revisions where applicable, final editorial approval, copyediting, proofreading, typesetting, and production.

Manuscripts are assessed on their originality, technical significance, scientific validity, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's aims and scope.

Acceptance of a manuscript does not automatically guarantee publication in a particular issue. Publication scheduling depends on editorial planning, completion of required revisions, production readiness, and available issue capacity.

Article Publication Model

JAEEE follows a scheduled issue publication approach rather than an immediate online-first publication model.

Under this policy, individual articles are not published online immediately following acceptance. Accepted manuscripts are scheduled for inclusion in the next available issue after completing the necessary editorial and production requirements.

All articles published within the same issue are assigned the official publication date of that issue, provided they are released together on the scheduled date.

Article Publication Dates and Editorial History

To ensure transparency in the editorial and publication process, each published article should display the following information:

  • Date Received: The date on which the manuscript was initially submitted to the journal.

  • Date Accepted: The date on which the manuscript received final editorial acceptance following the applicable review and revision process.

  • Date Published: The official date on which the article was made publicly available through the journal's website.

The Received and Accepted dates reflect the actual progression of individual manuscripts through the editorial and peer-review process and therefore vary from article to article.

Where all articles in an issue are released simultaneously, they share the same official publication date.

If an article is released on a different date, its publication metadata must accurately reflect the actual date of public availability.

Article Arrangement and Issue Capacity

The order of articles within an issue is determined by editorial and production considerations and does not necessarily correspond to the chronological order in which manuscripts were submitted, reviewed, accepted, or finalized.

JAEEE publishes scholarly research across electrical engineering, electronic engineering, and relevant interdisciplinary technological fields.

The number of articles published in individual issues may vary depending on the volume of suitable submissions, completion of peer review, editorial decisions, and production readiness.

The journal does not compromise its editorial standards to achieve a predetermined number of articles in any issue.

Every published manuscript must complete the journal's established editorial and peer-review procedures, regardless of the number of articles included in the issue.

Publication Schedule Changes and Exceptional Circumstances

JAEEE is committed to maintaining the regularity, reliability, and integrity of its publication schedule.

Where exceptional circumstances require changes to an announced issue release date, the journal will communicate relevant updates through its official website or editorial announcements.

Any changes to publication dates must be accurately reflected in the journal's published metadata and bibliographic records.

Commitment to Publication Transparency

JAEEE maintains a transparent and independent publication process to support the credibility and reliability of the scholarly record.

Editorial decisions are based on scientific merit, originality, technical quality, research ethics, and relevance to the journal's aims and scope.

The journal is committed to ensuring that all published articles undergo appropriate editorial evaluation and peer review before being made publicly accessible.
